History Of Howard Stern Part II

A year in the making,  the History Of Howard Stern Part II did not disappoint. Spanning two weeks and covering everything from the end of the WNBC days to the FCC leveraging fines. The time frame was 1985-1992. Legendary bits featuring the brilliant Billy West, the legendary physical altercation with Elaine Boosler’s manager, Richard Simmons, [...]

Burning Out The Content

Ah, reminiscing about the days of old…is something that should be left for old material. This week the gang is on vacation, and in their place we have the “Sirius So Far” special, hosted by Tim Sabien. This special showcases the best moments since the Stern show has been on Sirius Satellite Radio. To call [...]

Lisa G Caught Editiing Her Own Wikipedia Entry?

Lisa Glasberg, the Howard 100 News reporter, and host of numerous cookie-related parties, was apparently caught editing her own wikipedia entry by vigilant Stern fans this evening. Glasberg allegedly posted under the name, “lgsnowflake.” Glasberg removed mentions of her ethnicity, as well as insulting remarks about her face. In one edit she added to her [...]

Just a quick thought

Isn’t it funny that the late Frank Snotra (Billy West reference) is more well respected in this country than Howard. Monday’s show was phenomenal from the very beginning. Aside from the crappy Steve-O interview, that is. Mr. Skin was awesome. Howard lashing out at TMZ was great. Eric the Midget and Steve Langford are a match made in heaven. The Randy Jackson thing made me laugh hard. Props to the show, let’s keep this up.

Legends of Laughter and the Howard TV Best of ’07 Preview

Ok, as for the Legends of Laughter special, I only listened to the first day. It wasn’t that it was bad, I actually enjoyed it. The main problem was that it was too long. During most of the year, I believe less is more. The Master Tape Theaters are a great length, the show isn’t [...]

Hello Stern fans, This is an introductory post by me, Snick422. I figure I should tell you a little about myself. My obsession with the Howard Stern Show started in the summer of 2004. I heard the show on Philadelphia station 94.1 WYSP. Over the next year, I listened from time to time, savoring the [...]
