Hello, fellow Stern fans

Hello Stern fans,
This is an introductory post by me, Snick422. I figure I should tell you a little about myself. My obsession with the Howard Stern Show started in the summer of 2004. I heard the show on Philadelphia station 94.1 WYSP. Over the next year, I listened from time to time, savoring the moments I spent listening to the show. In the summer of 2005, my listenership had risen to daily listening. Not just a segment here or there, mind you, but the entire show, from 6 am to sometimes 11 am. I listened through every bit, every interview, and sometimes, despite the fact that they were half an hour long, the commercial breaks. I even stuck with YSP after the show, mainly because I was too lazy to turn the dial. I was a golden listener. Since 01-06-06, I have listened to WYSP about 4 times, 3 of which being for Kidd Chris, 1 time to hear David Lee Roth’s first show. Since December 2005, I have listened to more than 250 hours worth of classic Stern tapes. I have listened to every single show, start to finish, utilizing the fast-forward function on my Starmate Replay during only a few boring interviews. I listened to all 24 hours of the music special on Sirius, many of the 101 shows, and several other classic Stern events. I’ve seen just about every episode of Howard TV, and I’ve seen every Pay-Per View special. I am, one of the few, the proud, the superfans. I look forward to sharing my many experiences with the Howard Stern show with you, the readers, in the hopes that you may come to enjoy the show on the same level I enjoy it. For I see the show from many angles, a conversation between intellectuals, a freak show, a psychology experiment, a showcase for up and coming comedians, a place to see naked women, smart, fresh, political talk, and a group of people with similar ideals to mine, talking directly to me. Happy listening!
